Strengths Deployment Inventory® (SDI®)

Wouldn’t it be great if you understood what drives you, and what drives others?

The SDI® is NOT just another "personality test." It's a self-scoring, motivational assessment tool which works on the following principles:

The SDI® is widely used in a business and management context. It is equally used to promote individual self-awareness and can reward the individual with career and personal success. As a job seeker, you may complete the SDI® based on information you have about a prospective job - or an ideal job - to see whether your expectations match that of the role itself. You can also see if there is a fit between the role and your individual motivations. Additionally, the awareness you gain from this tool can help you communicate more effectively in interview situations, ultimately making you stand out in the job market.
