The MBTI® assesses the ways in which individuals and teams prefer to think, through an on-line questionnaire with 82 questions, which takes about 30 minutes to complete. MBTI® team debrief includes a half day session facilitated by one of our experts. In this session the team will have a clear and open view of each other’s preference types and the overall team type. Then the team and individuals will complete an agreed action plan that builds on strengths and areas for development. The resulting team development plan will improve team effectiveness and deliver improvement across designated focus areas.
